Hot Desert Knights, otherwise known as HDK, are well known for gathering together some of the best performers in gay porn and putting them in very well made movies. Here at
HDK Men you get a nice variety of all the best from the company; names such as Sean Hunter and Trey Maddox can be found here, plus smooth young jocks, shaven headed guys, handsome men in their 30s and classic bear stars like Steve Dragon.
HDK Men is a bit like a model index for all that the company produces, so we are looking at mainly photographs here. But your membership comes with access to HDK Central where you can find these guys in their videos.
But looking at the photos area first: You'll find over 477 galleries and updates happen regularly, so there's probably more than that by now. When I was there I found 48 pages, with 10 photo sets on each page. They don't exactly come with descriptions, but they have a list of keywords attached. This is designed so that navigating the site and searching it are made easy. Galleries are put up by the date that they were added rather than in alphabetical order or by categories, so you'll find action sets and solo sets all mixed up together. If you have trouble finding what you want to see then use the good search engine.
Each gallery contains anywhere between 20 and 150 pictures, and these click up to good sizes. There is some variation in size, 360 x 413 and 650 x 867 were two sizes that I found; all the images are clear and well taken, even when they were screen caps they were high-definition. Navigating galleries is easy as you have the usual forward and backwards buttons. Images open in new windows and you have a slideshow option with one available speed. There was not a lot of information about each of these guys and it would've been nice to have known more, maybe with some background, stats, and even some personal info; this would help you get to know them better.
There is information on the homepage though, and this tells you what's coming next, recently added content from the last 15 days is listed here saying who and what has been added to which site. There were also messages here reminding me about the bonus sites that I had, but I couldn't find any links to them; what I did find were feed sites. However, there is a link to HDK Central where you can find video content, plus a few extra picture galleries. Just check to make sure you are not already a member of HDK K Central, because you can switch back and forth between the two sites; join one and you've joined both.
The videos that you do find come in a couple of versions, including one that is suitable for iPods, you can stream or play the movies online at 402kbps at 360 x 288. As with the galleries, you'll find varied content here including solos, some fetish content and group scenes, and of course the main focus stays on those hunky
