Prime Man Meat is a general, non-specific, porn site with loads of hot action from a variety of studios and producers. It's a nice mix of hard-core and erotic solos too. It can be a bit confusing at times: When I tried to discover when the last movie was added, I used the ‘sort by most recent’ function. On the first page the first scene was dated 1998 and the last scene on the last of 57 pages was added in 1993. But when I searched the pages individually I found some in the middle that had been uploaded in 2005. Not to worry, there's plenty to see here and you'll have great fun looking around.
Even if there haven't been any updates recently there are still over 1,340 scenes which are taken from 338 DVDs. Each one of these comes with a set of screen caps so you can check out what happens in each scene. You can either go through those 57 index pages individually, or you can browse through the list of DVDs to see what you want to see, but no matter how you finally get to the scene you want to watch you will find a good choice of viewing options. There is a Flash player which streams the scene straight away and you can also download in three other formats, one of these is suitable for iPods.
Prime Man Meat has done a lot of background work in getting the scenes ready and providing lots of information for you. There is also model index and the names of the stars appearing in scenes are linked, so you can always find out if your favourite guy appears anywhere else in the site. This is a nice set of details which makes your experience at
Prime Man Meat all the more enjoyable.
Although the ‘recent’ sort didn't work as well as it should have done, you can also sort the videos by categories and these are organised by ethnicity, with options to filter black, white, Latino and Asian content. The sort option worked fine here.
The content of
Prime Man Meat is not exclusive and some these movies have been around for quite a while, but there's bound to be something here that you have not seen before, and you will come across performers or studios, who are new to you. Each DVD comes with a box shot so you can check the name of who has produced it, and there were several studios here who were new to me, which made for unique viewing.
Although I really enjoyed the content of
Prime Man Meat I did get frustrated with the navigation. Index pages are numbered in blocks, so, for example, to get to number 26 I had to go to number 10 and then to 15 and on to 20. When I had finished with the page and wanted to get back I had to click the Videos tab in the main menu and then I was taken back to page one to start again.
But there is lots that is good about
Prime Man Meat. You have a choice of hundreds of DVDs with over 1,000 scenes, you have photo galleries that contain good-quality images of solo and action scenes, and there are also feed sites which will bring even more content. On the other hand, the gay content here is only a small part of the whole setup. There are actually over 17,000 scenes in total, but only 7.7% in the gay area; there are over 33,000 galleries, but again, only 7.6% are gay. However the straight and gay areas are divided so you won't stray from the path.
